Designed to deliver faster, more transparent and secure services, the website aims to offer a citizen-first experience while integrating modern technology and robust security features.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Box<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Features of the New Website:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Accessibility Standard (WCAG-AA): The website has been designed to be accessible for persons with disabilities, in compliance with international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>AI-Powered Search: With ChatGPT-based AI integration, citizens can access information quickly through intuitive and conversational search features.<\/p>\n<p>Improved Security and Feedback System: Incorporating feedback from 175 experts during Hackathon 2025, the website underwent rigorous testing by ethical hackers to ensure high-end data protection.<\/p>\n<p>GIGW Compliant: Developed as per the Government of India&#8217;s Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW), ensuring consistency and reliability.<\/p>\n<p>One-Stop Digital Services: Citizens can now pay taxes, register complaints, and access a wide range of civic services at the click of a button.<\/p>\n<p>The project was led under the guidance of PCMC\u2019s Chief Information and Technology Officer Nilkanth Poman and IT Officer Ujwala Godse.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Box<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quote:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This revamped website has been built with a citizen-first approach.
