Pune. ISHRAE, the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers is hosting First Global Event “Green Cold Chain Conclave” in Pune.
Pune is known as the “Refrigeration Capital of India.”And ISHRAE Pune is at the forefront of many projects in Refrigeration and Cold Chain Sector. Since refrigeration is an important part of the cold chain, World Refrigeration Day is celebrated all over the world on 26th June every year.
The operations of Cold Chains for foods & Pharma products. consume a lot of energy resulting in increase in global worming leading to climate change. To find technical solutions to its ill effects and to bring together national and international experts, speakers, industry leaders, managers, project consultants, designer architects, manufacturers, contractual service providers, food processing and logistics agencies, energy and renewable energy technologists, the first ever Global “ Green Cold Chain Conclave” has been organized by ISHRAE Pune Chapter on 26th June 2025. The venue is Hotel Tiptop International, Wakad Pune. This event is open to all interested and connected to Cold Chain Sector.
“Rajya Sabha MP and Sansad Ratna Medha Kulkarni will inaugurate the event. Many other eminent personalities from this field will be present at this event. Interested stake holders, technology & policy makers can register for the daylong event free of cost up to 12th June 2025.
